Line Kristiansen
Our first Nukiga Talk will be about Tourism Startup in East Greenland with Line Kristiansen, who moved to Greenland from Denmark and successfully launched a tourism company together with Tobias Ignatiussen.
East Greenland is one of the most isolated and sparsely inhabited places on Earth. Enormous coasts and overwhelming nature, fjords, large mountain, and glaciers. Now this is a modern society under fast development.
Line was born in Denmark and has spent the last many years in East Greenland. She first worked in the hospital of East Greenland and experienced a landscape and infrastructure unlike anything she ever experienced before.
Now she enjoys taking care of guests who visit this Arctic paradise, which has grabbed her heart and soul – a place she now calls home.
Line has truly integrated herself in East Greenlandic culture by joining hunting trips, snorkeling with whales, and dog sledding – her favorite way of transportation.
