As a start-up the Mentor Match programme will give you an opportunity to get professional experience-based feedback and assistance on present issues from a mentor who is experienced in business development, personal development, financing, marketing, export, and other subjects relevant to a start-up.
As a mentor you contribute to strengthen the start-up community and power of innovation while expanding your professional network.
How long does it last?
A mentor-mentee relationship is a professional relationship that can last for shorter or longer periods of time. Normally you enter a yearlong commitment but sometimes all you need is a “cup of coffee”. It is up to both parties to agree on the format of the relationship.
We keep expanding the network to ensure that we always have a wide range of competences and expertise represented.
Who can participate?
Mentor Match is a voluntary online offer facilitated by NUKIGA. We screen all participants, make the best possible matches. We give you the guidelines for the process and help you get started. And we are always available for inspiration and advice if necessary.
What’s the price?
A mentorship within the Mentor Match programme is free of charge, but please be aware that you will need to invest your time in this. We may send you surveys or other questions and part of the ‘cost’ is for you to take the time to fill these in to help develop the Mentor Match programme.
